If you enter your own, you will need to then forward the email to the recipient.
No need to spend the full amount all at once. Anything leftover can be used in another transaction.
Valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Cannot be redeemed for cash.
We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 60 days of receipt.
- Exchanges: All returns will incur a label fee of approximately 7 USD for return shipping. RAQ will cover the shipping costs associated with the exchange order, sent with DHL Express.
- Refunds: Returns requesting a refund will incur a label fee of approximately 7 USD to cover return shipping costs.
Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit, but not refunds.

All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post, with free express shipping on orders over $150.
Orders under $150 can be shipped via express for $15 or standard for $10.
