Return Shipping Labels

We currently provide shipping labels for returns from Australia (AusPost) and the US (USPS). 


All Australians can enjoy unlimited free exchanges, but please note that returns requesting a refund will incur a flat-rate label fee of $10 AUD.

United States

All returns from the US will incur a label fee of approximately $7 USD. Exchange orders will be shipped with DHL Express at no extra cost to the customer.

At this time, customers outside of Australia and the US will be responsible for their international shipping costs and delivery. A return shipping address will be provided at the final stage of the return.


To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new and unused condition, with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please try on your swimwear briefs on top of your underwear for hygiene reasons.

Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit, but not refunds.

Local Pickup and Returns

Our Local Pickup and Returns option not only provides an eco-friendly choice for nearby customers but also eliminates shipping fees for those seeking a refund.

If you've made a purchase through our Local Pickup option, please take note of the following return guidelines:

1. Book Appointment:

  • Please book a time to return your item at our Collingwood office. Local Pickup orders must be returned in person.

2. In-Person Exchange:

  • Before your visit, check our website to ensure your desired item is currently in stock.
  • While we'll make every effort to accommodate your preferences, we cannot reserve stock in advance.
  • To secure an item with low stock, consider purchasing it outright and returning your original item for a refund.

3. Unavailable Items:

  • In the event that your chosen item is unavailable during your visit:
  • We will strive to suggest relevant alternatives based on your preferences.
  • Alternatively, you may opt for a refund or receive store credit (exclusions may apply).


Can I return items from 2 or more orders in the same package?

We understand that some customers may try a few sizes and want to return all items together. At this time, our return portal does not allow for the merging of returns from two or more orders.

However, we believe that sending your items together is the more environmentally friendly option and also prevents doubling up on shipping fees.

We are hopeful that this function will be available in the future, but for now, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Place a return for one order and include the items from the additional order/s in the same package.
  2. Send us an email at when you have posted it, so we can process the return for the additional order manually.
How long will my return take to be processed?
Australia, USA

Your return will be processed once the tracking information on your parcel is registered as "in transit" to our return facility. For exchange orders, your new items will then be dispatched within 48 hours. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to reach your account.


Depending on the shipping method chosen, it may take up to a month to receive your items back at our Melbourne office.

I want to exchange for an item that is unavailable on the return portal but is available on your website. Why can't I select this for my exchange?

This happens when we have fewer than 1 or 2 units left in stock, as they will likely sell out by the time the exchange is processed.

If you would like this size, you will have to place a new order via the website and return your original top for a refund.
