Order Processing

Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order. You can expect an email within 12 hours to let you know your order is on the way. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

Import Duties and Taxes

If you reside in the United States, you are not obligated to pay duties on orders from RAQ under $800 USD. Orders exceeding $800 USD in value may attract fees.

To determine any potential import fees before placing your order, you can use an Import Calculator or check your government’s import fees and tax policy. You may use the HS code 611241 for this purpose.

 

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
