If we purchase from a stockist, can we return or exchange directly with RAQ?
Unfortunately, no. Orders placed through a stockist are seperate to RAQ, and can only be returned through them.
Do your stockists offer all RAQ products?
Not all products are offered at our stockists. If you are wanting to try on in store, please keep in mind that each store stocks a different selection of styles and sizes. We recommend calling or emailing beforehand to see if they have your item of choice in stock.
