Easy Returns & Exchanges

At RAQ, our priority is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We're pleased to offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

If you need to return or exchange an item, simply visit our online return portal.

Return Shipping Labels

All returns will incur a handling fee of approximately £3.5 to cover shipping costs. 

A Royal Mail shipping label will be emailed to you by a member of our customer care team within 24 hours after lodging your return (during business hours Monday-Friday).

Exchanges

RAQ will cover shipping fees for exchange orders, so your new items will be sent out at no extra cost with DHL Express.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new and unused condition, with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please try on your swimwear briefs on top of your underwear for hygiene reasons. 

Discounted Items

Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit, but not refunds.
