All orders are packed and shipped from Melbourne, Australia by a member of our small team. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your order, although it is usually much quicker than that!

We will email you with shipping details once your order is on the way.

Orders that include pre-sale items will be fulfilled once those items become available. If you want to receive items that are currently in stock, please place a separate order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your orders are packed.

Local pickup from Cremorne is free and available for local customers between 1pm-5pm on Tuesday to Friday.

You may select this option at checkout and follow the pickup instructions provided.

Orders are typically ready for pickup within 4 work hours.

Domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.

All orders over 150 AUD automatically receive free shipping.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.

All international orders, except for those to the United States, ship via DHL Express. US orders are shipped using Australia Post.
