How to return/exchange

Please follow our process below:

1. Complete the electronic form below within 30 days of the date you received your delivery.

2. Once you have received an email response with your Return Goods Authorisation (RGA) number, complete the Returns Form that was included with your delivery – ensure you complete all sections. 

3. Please package the garments up with the completed Returns Form and send your items to:

4. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for your request to be processed by our team.

5. As soon as your item is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that:

    • Your exchange has been sent out; or
    • Your refund has been issued. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for your refund to appear in your account. 


Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.  

Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.

You will responsible for any returns including any postage fees incurred. RAQ cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.  

Damaged or Faulty Items

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us via the electronic form below so we can urgently review the matter for you!
