If you’re not completely satisfied with your garments, you can send them back within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
How to return/exchange
Please follow our process below:
1. Firstly, please ensure your garments are in the same condition as when they were received. All swing tags and hygiene strips must be firmly attached.
2. Complete the Returns Card. Please note, a RGA# is no longer required.
3. Package up the garments and Returns Card and send to:

4. As soon as your item is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that your exchange has been sent out, or refund has been issued.
Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets and hygiene stickers attached.
Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
Items marked "sale" are not eligible for refund. We can offer an exchange for an item of the same value or store credit.
Postage - Returns
If you are sending an item back to us, you will be responsible for any postage fees incurred. We do not provide return postage labels.

If you are sending an item back to us, you will be responsible for any postage fees incurred. We do not provide return postage labels. If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the postage fees associated with sending the new items out to you again.
RAQ cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please complete the electronic form so we can urgently review the matter for you.
