Shipping old

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $100 AUD. 

Orders under $100 AUD incur a $8-10 AUD charge (depending on your location).

The cost of express shipping will be presented to you at checkout.

Tracking 

Tracking codes will be provided to you within 48 hours of your order being dispatched. Orders are dispatched on business days only.

Australian customers:

Your order will be sent from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. To monitor your order, please copy and paste your tracking code into the Australian Post Tracking Platform.

Customers outside Australia:

Your order will be sent from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post. To monitor your order, please copy and paste your tracking code into the Australian Post Tracking Platform.

When the package arrives in your destination country, the processing is handed over to your country's local postal service (i.e. USPS, Royal Mail, etc.). From this point onwards, you are able to monitor your delivery through your local postal service tracking platform. Please use your original tracking code.

Import taxes, duties and charges 

Import taxes, duties and charges are at the cost of the customer.

Please check your governments import fees and taxing before placing orders.

Royal Mail customers: Royal Mail charges import VAT and duty on items over $15 pounds. This charge is up to the responsibility of our shoppers.

Other Notes

Please check and double check your address is correct. Include all street numbers, unit numbers, floors + company names where applicable. If an order is returned to us for an incorrect shipping address, the re-posting fee is $20 AUD to cover the return shipping we are charged as well as the cost to resend.
