We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@raqapparel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All returns from the USA will incur a flat-rate $10 AUD label fee (approx $6-7 USD). RAQ is proud to partner with DHL Express for exchange orders, so your new items will be sent out at no extra cost.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new and unused condition, with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please try on your swimwear briefs on top of your underwear for hygiene reasons.
Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit, but not refunds.

Bottoms deffinatly fit true to size. Side tie makes them a little more adaptable to your specific body which I love. And the coverage was just what I was looking for not a full thing but checks enough.

Covers all that needs to be covered! Sometimes the front with string briefs is too slim or small. This one is perfect! The strings sometimes loosen up a bit tho - so make sure it’s tight enough :)
