We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Shipping labels will be provided to customers for a small label fee of around $5-7 USD. If you choose to exchange your item, RAQ will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchange order to the USA via DHL Express (2 to 4 business days).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all items must be in new and unused condition, with swing tags and hygiene stickers attached. Please try on your swimwear briefs on top of your underwear for hygiene reasons.
Discounted items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit, but not refunds.
